Home made carne adovada, freshly grated hash browns, scrambled egg, cheese and chopped green chile tucked into a large flour tortilla and rolled. That's a fancy way of saying breakfast burrito . A few cups of my new favorite coffee from my local roaster. It consists of a blend of coffee beans from Africa. Specifically Tanzania, Uganda, and Ethiopia. Yumm...

Sausage mixed in with pancake batter and pepper jack cheese placed in cupcake pan and cooked for 10 minutes in air fryer... Buttered like biscuits and syrup on top. (bacon and sausage on side)OJ
