No Chorizo's (forgot) 2 - Earl Campbell Hot links sliced & cubed in the pan with a tiny grated potato & scrambled 4 eggs with crushed red pepper... made 2 Burritos.

They are remodeling the local Wally World and I haven't found where they hid the Chorizo, I need to go to La Tienda (a local supermarket) for some I guess...

They do have a deli, and the only place in town to buy the 16 oz Aluminum Bud Bottles, 2 reasons to go right there ... Going camping next time off & glass bottles tend to open themselves off road..

Steel cut oatmeal with a sprinkle of Vietnamese Cinnamon and vanilla sugar from Penzey's. I highly recommend Penzey's Cinnamon.....I've never tasted anything like it.

Eggs, pancakes and plenty of Vermont maple syrup. I love steel cut oatmeal and picked-up some maple sugar (here in Vermont) that I'll try when I return home next week.
