Had Lean Hamburger meat with sliced Portabella Mushrooms, sliced Bell Pepper, diced Garlic, Green Chile & Onion for supper last night (Burritos) left enough to add 2 eggs to and scramble with this morning...

Burrito: Sausage, sliced Mushrooms, sliced Bell Pepper & 1 diced Hatch Green Chile scrambled with eggs and a dash of milk... (made 6, 1 for now 5 for work... )

I made steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel for me and HIFI, kids had scrambled eggs.

Buttermilk biscuit from scratch, scrambled eggs, spinach and onions, gravy, sausage and the holy meat (Bacon), Colby Jack cheese, and Herdez salsa Verde.

Time to actually eat breakfast, using the leftovers from last night to make an omelet.

2 Eggs over easy with hash browns & Chocolate milk...

Oatmeal...

Had some chopped ham & sliced cheese left over from hunting... not a sandwich person normally so I tore the ham up in to small chunks & nuked for about 10 seconds in a bowl, then added 2 eggs a dash of milk crushed red Chile flakes & pepper, nuked 30 seconds, stirred & put a slice of cheese over & nuked 20 seconds... with a glass of milk....

Sliced Mushrooms, Bell Pepper, 2diced Hatch Green Chile's, grated Potato a dash of milk & 9 Eggs scrambled with 1 lb Sausauge = 8 Burritos (1 for now 7 for work)
