Whats for breakfast?

Flattened 2, 1/3 lb. lean hamburger patties, added rub, crumbled up about 3 BBQ potato chips on each & covered with grated sharp cheddar cheese
then made into balls with the toppings forced into the middle & flattened. Cut 2 slices of bacon in half and placed on foil with the patties on top of.
More rub and cooked on the grill... (dogs got the other 1/3 lb raw ;))
 
On a diet- eating a lot of poached eggs lately. Any suggestions as to another low carb breakfast?
 
This is the kind of breakfast I'll be having starting next week, for three weeks... :)

Slightly browned fresh grated hash browns then set aside, sliced a large Bell Pepper & cubed large Potabello Mushroom slices & put in the skillet with a pound of mild GV Sausage.
Browned the sausage then added a dash of milk and 9 eggs with a little Black Pepper & Red Pepper flakes...
Leftovers made 6 Burritos for work.with grated sharp Cheddar Cheese...
