Cooking Brown Sugar glazed ham in crockpots, have Hobo bags made up to put in oven around 4:30 pm (Elk steak cut in cubes, diced green chiles, Bell Pepper, Onion, mushrooms, a little bacon & sausage)wrapped in foil... (had a smaller portion for lunch with a ball park frank chopped up, pretty tasty)

Neither of us feels like cooking tonight. I'll be using a gift card for Olive Garden. I have my eye on the "tour of Italy." Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna and sub Spagetti and Meat Sauce for the Fettuccine Alfredo.

(had a smaller portion for lunch with a ball park frank chopped up, pretty tasty)

Add mashed potatoes, corn, green beans and cream gravy to that mix... pigged out, good stuff! Ham was excellent as was everything else, lot's of leftovers.
