Ribeye, 10 minutes or so removed from grill... medium rare with ice water...

Fergie's gettin' ready for work! Ribeye usually deserves a fine beer or glass of wine.... I like my ribeye 3 and 3... really red!

Last Supper... for a week (I don't eat when I get in when working, and skip supper quite a bit when off)

Taco's with roasted sweet corn, ground lamb, pickled carrots and zucchini, bulgarian feta cheese and cilantro.

Seasoned the corn with ancho chili powder, butter, salt and pepper. Pickled the veg in lime juice and a pinch of sugar. Served on warm corn tortillas.
