Late night peppercorn NY strip tonight with a little sesame, ponzu and teriyaki; spent the day cleaning and getting ready for the NFL fantasy draft party tomorrow.

Every night this week we have had a Subway Sandwich for dinner. Except for tonight we cheated and went to Denny's and had the Senior Lemon Pepper Grilled Tilapia, it costs $8.99 as compared top $11.99 on the regular menu. Here's the kicker you get the same amount of food only on a smaller plate.

Oh we also cheated and split a bowl of Caramel Apple Crisp
So that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I had the same as for lunch today. Also had more Grapefruit. I also had 2 oatmeal cookies. Iced Coffee, wish I could of had some Old Bushmills too.
