What's for dinner ?

Chukar cordon bleu

I just made this up as I went, using chukar breasts (smoked the thigh pieces as appetizers), provolone, prosciutto, bacon, garlic, and butter. It needed more cheese and less rub, but it was still tasty. Smoked for about three hours over cherry.
