Tonight was smoked sausage, sauerkraut and diced apples mixed together. Quick, cheap, easy to clean after and I wasn't in the kitchen in the heyish heat of California summer. Great for one of those lazy afternoons.

just mixed it in a microwave safe bowl and heated til everything was warmed thru

Tonight was grilled bbq chicken, and grilled corn on the cob with dinner tolls over at my fathers house. Followed up with some homemade ice cream.
