I have to give a big shoutout to Nana Gizzi, rockymtnhigh's late grandmother. Mike shared her recipe for sauce "gravy" that included meatballs, Italian sausage, and pepperoni many, many years ago. Over the years I have adapted a lot of that recipe to my own. I did that again today and made Nana's meatballs. It is my go to recipe for meatballs. Melt in your mouth delicious! I never knew you Nana but you are always remembered in my household...
