It was really good. It's the details that make a difference. I've studied his technique so I can replicate. This is what I have so far.
Hot flat grill. Think commercial Blackstone.
Fresh ingredients. Nothing is prepared ahead of time.
Drop a 1/4 lb all beef hot dog
Get a nice crust on it and then butterfly to build a crust on the inside.
Drop diced onions and chopped green chile.
Spray a bit of oil on a split bun and grill until golden brown.
Put it all together with some shredded cheese and brown mustard.
Enjoy!
I'm going to try it on my backyard Blackstone once the freaking mosquitoes die off.
