First off, I believe that list is channels that originate from the United States, not necessarily ones receivable from the United States.

Second, the position is the orbital location of the satellite, not the azimuth of your dish. You'd have to put each satellite's location into a dish aiming calculator to get the azimuth and elevation for your location.

Well, the question was more about reachability. Can it be reached with reasonable effort?

I don't see any satellite listed on Lyngsat at 152W. Are you sure it's not 152 EAST? Some areas of California can get 166 E but not much lower than that.
