There have been many classics sports movies made. Which is your personal favorite and why?

Slap Shot (1977)

I grew up watching the WHA (New England Whalers), this movie just seemed so realistic as to how it portrayed minor league hockey, and it was just so damn funny!!!

Personally, I'm a sucker for Sport's Flicks. Below is a list of the sport's themed films that I would consider in my top 100 list of all time:

Cinderella Man
Field of Dreams
Invincible
Raging Bull
Rocky
Rudy
Seabiscuit
The Greatest Game Ever Played
We Are Marshall

However, there is one very underrated film that I enjoyed more than any other. And that film is "For Love of the Game". There's something about this movie that just gets me every time. I absolutely loved it.

sadly I haven't seen many of the greats you guys have mentioned.

A stupid favorite of mine is "There's Something About Mary," because I'm a die hard Niner fan and a die hard Packer hater, and Mary's reason for not choosing Bret Favre made me almost stand up and cheer in the movie theater.
