Got a whole bunch of HD DVD there at clearance prices; some good prices on BD too. They are a canadian outfit, so some of the discs have Canadian labels on them. Same movies.

If he's in NC, most online sites have to start charging tax as of 7/1. Similar to how NY does it, they consider affiliates a tax nexus, same as having a brick and mortar in the state, so goods shipped there have to have taxes collected.

Or could be referring to something else
