Where is channel 211-1?

I get 211, but it's SD only ....
On another note, I'm in the Toledo area and should be getting the Michigan and Western Mich. game locally on the local ABC (13), however the banner says M vs WM, but the gane is the Minnesota vs USC game.
I looked to the ESPN channels as they are assoc. with ABC, it shows on ESPN2 it should be on, but it says the game is blacked out and are looking elsewhere for the game, and cannot find it.
So I essentially CAN'T watch the UM game.

I thought their was a weather delay in that general area? Anyway you should be on ABC and out of market areas on 209
