From time to time on this forum and dbsforums, some people talk about regional networks, satellite channels, HD, etc. What I would like to know is what do you think has the best cable provider.

I have Comcast and I have to say they have a lot of good stuff on there. They have NFL Network, NBA TV and the Nhl Network. From what I've been reading we will probably get the MLB Network as well. Being a huge wrestling fan, I have access to WWE 24/7 as well. It just seems like Comcast offers more than the other cable providers. What do you think?

The best cable provider is the one that has the monopoly for your town. We generally don't get a choice, except to go to satellite or FIOS if available. Even in those cases, it will vary from town to town. It depends if your locals are available in sd or hd on the sat. At the root, the best provider is the one that carries the channels you want to watch. Everything else is secondary.
