who provides the guide data?

i have noticed that on telehit channel 868 a spanish channel the guide has showed the wrong info; for example, right now it says paid programming but its not paid programming! its like this the entire day. it shows the wrong program info and whenever i set something to record, it records the wrong thing because the guide data has the wrong information.. who can email to see if they could fix it?

I think Tribune is a little lacking. I have seen numerous errors in the last few weeks.
