Whole Home hook-up for H25/700 and H25/500

Could someone tell me the procedure on hooking h25/700 and h25/500 receivers to my whole home, I have the swm system amd 2 dvr's ( h23 and h25 ) the 2 dvr's work fine on the wh but the regular receivers say no dvr is found..I also have 2 deccas that maybe needed hooked up

The H23 needs a DECA, the H25 does not. Assuming they've been activated on your account, you should only need to go into the menu/settings/network setup/connect now. If you have the option to restore defaults in network setup, do that first.

oh.. misread your post. Neither of the H25's need a DECA (its built in)

The H25s should work out of the box; a DECA adapter won't work with them. If there are any bandstop filters (or diplexers) associated with the H25s they need to be removed.

Once the system is hooked up, you should be able to go to the diagnostics on one of the DVRs and see all of the receivers on the DECA cloud.
