Whole House Viewing Question

I have whole house viewing and I'm only having problems with one HD receiver - which it was working on...I have tried everything - hitting the red button - etc..the green lights come on the DECCA for a second then go out. Hope someone could give me a suggestion - all other receivers work with no problem. Thanks

Reboot all the receivers on the DECA network. If that doesn't help, it's probably the adapter. What model receiver is it?

I will try that - not sure what the model is, but it is a new one - its very small....and the strange thing it was working until we disconnected it when the carpets were being cleaned.. Thanks
