Why doesnt Dtv carry all cinemax?

Wondering why dtv doesnt carry all the cinemax channels?

There have been a few posts on why additional premiums have not been added. I dont know if there has been a clear answer. Though I think recently the focus has been out of market HD sports packages??

I don't think that the premium channels have ever enjoyed any kind of priority with DirecTV like at Dish (just like Dish's lack of priority for sports). And for the extended foreseeable future, I predict it will remain that way.

I like it that DirecTV carries both feeds of HBO Family in my SD HBO package,cause when you have kids I need more family programming.

DirecTV is more of a SPORTS fans sat provider. That is what the focus on.

Movie channels will come after they are done adding more regional sports channels (things I dont ever watch).
