will dish network dvr advantage pack save me money

I currently have 2 622's a 921, 211 and 4900 active on my acount. I have hd silver w locals and superstations. dvr fee's are killing me will this package incorporate all dvrs on my account without any extra fee's?????

besides it's a promotion more than it is a programming package
