Will I even need the 99 sat?

I am just wondering with being in the chicago area will I need the 99 sat? Right now my signals is not to great. High 50's to low 60's but everhthing else is in the 90 and high 80's. The 99 was not running when they did they did the install. I am just wondering if I need to look at how to tweek the dish to get the 99 better or if I should just leave it.

The only thing coming of the 99 sat right now are spotbeam HD locals. If there are not any cities near chicago being served off 99, then you will not get a high signal, so I would not worry about the low signal at this point. You will only need 99 once D* 10 and 11 are up, then national HD will be moved to 99 and 103.

I am not even getting anything here in Okla on the 99 ????and nothing on the 103 see transponder but no signal on either at all???so I hope I dont ever need them all others are 95-100 on the other 3

We are getting our HD locals from the 99 (Network 11) bird,nothing on the 103.

they are delaying the HD locals here, some times in may or june

Why are you saying that they are "delaying"? May is the planned rollout month for PHX. Have you been contacted that it was now June; by whom? Here is the list yet again for those that have not seen it, or can't find it in all the other threads.
