Looking on line I see the family package for 29.00, are you allowed to Add the HD access and then have family plus all the HD access channels....Does not sound like a bad deal if you are looking to have just HD access and basic service with it??

I doubt this would be possible?

You'd only get the HD version of the channels in the Family package. Not sure how many that would be.

You wouldn't get access to all the HD channels.
