7 years ago I was part owner of a computer business that was also a DTV retailer. The business didn't last too long but that's another story.

I'm thinking about becoming a retailer again. I'm in a location where I could create a nice showroom for selling dish or DTV.

I have another income so I want to ease into this slowly. I don't have to pay the bills with the satellite income.

Having said all that. What is the best way to ease back into this business.

I want to have as much control and flexibility as possible. So I'm thinking that I would become a retailer and begin to sell units then in time also become an installer so I could install the units I sell.

So I could basically create the work pace that I choose. Is this feasible and what would be the best company to do it with.

Thanks,
Rick
