World Cup in HD but no 61.5 sight

I ordered the 211 HD receiver, but I have no sight to the 61.5 sat.
I read that ESPN-2-HD is broadcating also from the 129 sat. I am in NJ, any chance I can receive it pointing at the 129 sat?
Any alternative to get the world cup in HD without the sight on the 61.5?

If you can see 129, you can receive it. A larger dish would be helpful, such as a 30".

BTW: It is ESPN2 HD.
