Here's what I found in the programming section on xmradio.com for Friday, March 17th:

Harlem: Drinking Songs
The 50s - Ch. 802
6PM ET
Harlem bellies up to the bar for one bourbon, one scotch, one beer and a whole bucket-load of early 50s rhythm and blues drinking songs for St. Patrick's Day.

That's the only St. Patrick's Day music I can find on XM.
