YouTube gone after new firmware

So my HR21 took the firmware update like 4 weeks ago & Since then youtube & pandora are gone. Is there any way to 'force' them to come back? I have tried resetting countless times (from the menu as well as the front panel button) with no luck.

A suggestion elsewhere is to do two restarts within 30 minutes. This will flush the guide, but not the recordings or settings.
You will need to wait about 48 hours for the guide to be fully populated.

I do a menu reset twice back to back after every update.

Youtube and Pandora takes time to populate ... sometime 3-4 days.

Mine finally came back a few days ago.
