my fta system in nc needs help

everyone on this sight has been really helpful to me but i am still haveng majior issues i have the fta system and i cant find any birds or get the arch down pack iceberg has given me helpful hints on what to do and im still lost is their anyone in the angier area of north carolina who could help me peak the system in proper

finealy after 4 months of pain installers i have my fta system up and running thanks to all of you on this sight i cant say how much help all of you have been totaly thanks and have a wonderful xmas and a great new year
