removed this from an old big dish system. I know it does c-band... because I blind scanned it somehow. It has three lnbs but the writing has worn off. One lnb is an echostar the other two look the same. The corotor skews the echostar lnb... while the two blue lnbs are fixed 90d apart.

This is my guess, the echostar lnb is ku and it uses the corotor to skew it... then it has two c-band lnbs... because they look identical, and you would need a combiner or switch to combine polarities.

Quite a find.
Maybe one of our old timers will recognize it.

But a 3-way...?
Quite interesting.
Now, if it were a 4-way, I'd say ship it over to Truckracer - he's looking for one. ;)

What's the measurement across the scalar?
I thought they were mostly all about the same at 6..8 inches, but Linuxman was telling me about the ones on his BirdView dishes being closer to a foot.

looks like a dual C band single Ku
I think you are correct
the co rotor works for the Ku and the dual C bands are skewed 90*

It could have been used for head end equipment so that all the C band
channels were fed at once.Im guessing the Ku was just icing on the cake as
not many were using Ku back then.
Echostar Ku and Drake C band LNBs
Looks like where the co rotor motor is mounted another Ku LNB could go there.

I've seen those type of feedhorns for sale somewhere...? My guess is the servo might work with the 2 C-Band lnb's (also) so they could go to 2 separate receivers? And the Master receiver would control the polarity. But, I really have no idea?

i would think its called a bullseye it does dual cband and dual ku . if you look where the servo is mounted you can also mount another ku lnb.

Ill bite if you re including all the LNBs
Ive now got a spare dish that minus a c/Ku feedhorn
