CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME IF BRIGHT HOUSE IS THINKING ABOUT PUTTING CAPS ON T HEIR INTERNET PACKAGES? ANY INFORMATION WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

I work in engineering ops and havent hear a peep about it yet.

Hope not ... I'll have to look elsewhere if Caps are added into BHN services. So far, I've had nothing but great experiences with BHN and hope it stays that way.

That would be a good way to lose a lot of customers---I count on BHN for my streaming of Netflix movies to my TV, a wave of the future.

No plans I have heard of and I'm a Bright House customer also
