Yeah I have! Should be a good game. Our we doing home and home? Either way it's good exposure for UCONN.
I'm afraid that may be true. We're an impatient bunch up here, especially with the current losing streak to "That evil school from the South".
Well, if Dick-Rod gets yanked (pun intended
), you think they'll take a shot at getting Les Miles again? If Les has a good year this year I'll be pissed if that happens. If he has a worse year than last year, I might not care - we're an impatient and intolerant bunch down here in the bayous as well.
The contract is for 4 more years I think. But you and I both know that doesn't mean anything in college football. If those coonasses start getting on his back because of a crappy football team, he'll bail out on any contract regardless of what he owes.

Not that I am a big fan of this but what about moving the game to NYC....i.e. new jets stadium? Would still be a "home" game for UCONN and would fit a lot more fans. Better that UM paying 2M to move the game back to Ann Arbor

3 wins? Big deal, that's a joke. I'm having a hard time finding anything I like about this guy right now, but that will change with a winning season, which i don't see coming right now. No defense, still undecided on a QB, NCAA infractions (alledged), etc....
is it really next weekend? OMG Na nanana GO GATORS na nanana GO GATORS.. Our first match is a tough one. We may have to bring in at least the third string guys to win, but I still cant wait to watch!@
So - been having some fun with some friends on this one. What do you guys think if we:
Predict the teams you hate, or other's teams (eg Michigan for Paul W)... honestly.
Example - I would predict the ACC, Kentucky, Michigan, etc.
Derwin or some other ACC blowhard ( ) could do the Big East or SEC
Ramy could do Louisville, etc.

Except that I love the SEC, grew up watching Bulldogs football. Switched to Ga Tech because I went to school there (my dad still gloats whenever the Dawgs beat us, but I had the laugh last year).So - been having some fun with some friends on this one. What do you guys think if we:

With the season starting this weekend, and this thread being umpteen pages long. Should we rename this thread into "NCAA Football 2009-10 PreSeason" and make a new pinned thread for "NCAA Football 2009-10 Season"?
