New Pro-Bowl additions now include QB, David Garrard and WR, Johnny Knox! This is getting embarrassing....

Garrard is not a bad QB, but the Pro Bowl?

This is what happens when you move the game a week before the Super Bowl- in the past, SB-winning QB's would play when it followed Super Bowl Sunday.

Personally, this one is the most useless of all the "all star games" to play...and not to mention the most dangerous of losing a major investment. They should do like college sports. Similar to naming an "all-American Team". Name guys for offense and defense on both the NFC and AFC and that's it.

They need to do that. The Pro-Bowl is an embarrassment to the league.

I have no problem with this. There is enough film on Quinn & Anderson by now to decide if one of them is our future QB. If not, we will address it through the draft or free agency. Mike has a pretty nice track record in scouting/developing QB's, so I am perfectly at ease with him making this decision.

Perhaps you guys can trade up in the draft this year for a good QB! ;)

Yes, we do have Mangini to thank for that. Not sure how much input Mangini had with Mr. T in charge, but Mangini certainly handed over the opportunity to draft a good QB.

Ironic, huh, considering Cleveland's QB play this season?

I don't regret NOT selecting Sanchez last year. We traded down and got our franchise Center (Alex Mack). I prefer building from the inside, out. Plus, it's no secret the Browns have a TON of holes to fill. Drafting a rookie QB and throwing him into the fire without adequate weapons surrounding him is a recipe for disaster. Just ask Oakland.

The real debate would be what to do this year if Sam Bradford is staring us in the face at #7. Before his injury, he would've been considered one of the best QB's to come out in the last 4 years or so. Holmgren is a QB guy and it might tempt him. On the other hand, our secondary could use help, so a shut-down corner (ala Revis) could be an option too....

and Drew Brees turned out ok. I'm sure Holmgren will give Sam a good hard look.

And don't you worry either, because whichever QB we end up with will be in good hands. For the first time in as long as I can remember, this franchise is finally in the hands of good, knowledgeable, credible football men. I have more faith than ever that Homgren/Heckert and company will get this thing right and bring the Cleveland Browns back to relevancy once again.
 
Redskins (#4) and Seahawks (#6) are probably looking to draft a QB. I'd be surprised (not shocked) if Bradford is still on the board at #7.
