What's For Lunch?

Today for lunch at the Twins game was a Tony O's (Tony Oliva...former Twins great) Cuban Sandwich...yummy

Dick & Bert said that was a good sandwich. How much do they ding you for it?

9 bucks which actually isnt bad. Its a pretty good size sandwich and you get chips with it

Some stuff is overpriced like the stuff at the State Fair booth...it higher than at the state fair I think and the "Vincent Burger" which is 12 bucks but some of it isnt that bad.

The chicken fingers and fries is 7.50 and its 4 big chicken strips and fries. Lots of folks had those

And the best part.....you can go stand in line and if you turn around you can still see the game...dont really need monitors in some cases.

4 Oz. sliced portabella mushrooms
1 Bell Pepper
1/2 white onion
2 cloves garlic
my rub
diced the Bell pepper, garlic & onion

Not quite sure what to call it... original plan was to make Red Enchiladas
1 lb lean HB
16 oz sliced Portabella Mushrooms
Small Onion diced
2 Hatch Green Chiles
2 cloves Garlic diced
2 cans Mushroom Soup
1 can Herdez Salsa Verde (Hot)
Tostitos Tortilla Chips
Browned the meat with the mushrooms, onion, garlic & chile's added the mushroom soup and simmered, then layered with the chips in a large bowl and put sliced Sharp Cheddar Cheese on top then nuked in the Microwave for a minute or so...
