I don't think we'll know any time soon. I'm very glad this didn't happen. What good are high draft picks if you don't have a coach in place to make the best use of the talent being drafted? Besides which, the 49ers already have a ton of picks in this year's draft. With so many returning players, I expect them to trade some of them away for picks in next year's draft.

I think it was just a slow news day in the NFL,I also feel that Harbaugh would have quit before agreed to such a trade.No offense to Browns fans,but that franchise is a mess.

In non shocker news, read today that the one year David Akers kicker experience is over, I guess now the lions like every other team will shuffle there kickers every few years, weird when previous to this lions had two kickers almost for the past 30 or so seasons

Why would Harbaugh even want to consider going to the Browns? You would leave SF after making the NFC Title game 3 times, plus a Super Bowl appearance to go to Cleveland?


I've also heard that Johnny Football has a huge ego, so thats something to watch for.
