My receiver shows a black screen when I tune in, but a strong signal with pretty high quality. I had video on it yesterday when paring down my channel list.
Hopefully is just a temporary thing.

Yep, just checked. It is showing on what used to be Canal Educativo 2 (11884 V 27500).
