Same here, dont understand the deal with the logos lately, hopefully they put out 1037 again, and I’ll got back to that again.
A couple of things to answer the last few posts, 0x1037 is in the stream M-F 3 AM to 7 AM ET, CE is Friday 11 PM ET to about 3 AM ET and again on Saturday (tonight). Last night 0X1075 was in the stream from 11 PM ET until about 3:20 AM ET, so when it ends is not an exact science as of late (see attached) as proof.

Second I found this posted as something to check on in terms of logos and on-demand, can you check those who lost post what you're getting?

First test internet connectivity with DirecTV servers by doing a speed test. If the first 2 digits of the result code are 88, means you are connected. If the first 2 digits are 87 this would mean the receiver can access the internet but not DirecTV servers. If they can't connect to the servers, try rebooting your router and see if you get the same result. I suspect something is up in this area and most likely is a bug, not something we will be able to fix with just doing a clearmybox but that is another thing to try, run Clearmybox 2 and then a Clearmybox and wait the rest out, give it a few days, but honestly it should come back in hours or within a day, not days on end but folks are saying to be patient up to 3 days. When I was on 0X01071 5 days went by and nothing, had to rollback to 1037 to get em back (logo and On-dmenad)

I will not do any more ce.
Remember, CE is for Testing ....
No one forces you to participate ...
If you choose to download the CE (or other software, not all is CE software) things may work great or there may be issues, thats why its CE (Cutting Edge) software.
It is things they are trying to improve/change or adjust.
Many things happen that are not Visual in the software

If you choose to test, great, If not, thats fine, thats each persons call ...

Remember, if not for several sites out there, you wouldn't even know about the test Beta software ....

99.9% of the D* subs have no idea about any addl. software available, even most Installers.

Installers are told about the 02468 sequence so they can update the current software when installing recvrs, but that has nothing to do with CE software.

So, what happens when you can't reach the D* Servers ?
I can do everything I am suppose to , download OD and the 4k test shows good ... but from what you said, I can't see the servers, what does that get me ?

I did some checking ... I had my recvr connected to the 5g setting on my router and it gave me the 87 code.
I figured there was less traffic on the 5g and decided to go that route ... (it has worked fine from what I see). However the recvr said that I had lost connection from time to time.

Just for kicks, I decide to re run the wifi set up and put it on the 2g connection and now the test pass with an 88.

Yup, next step was to check those things, knowing this error is a big help in troubleshooting. Now lets see if things start working again? If so this will help lots of folks in the future.

Thing is, all mine has worked from the start ... my OD and Logos have been there since 1036 I think.
I didn't have to wait.

I’m debating on whether to do the CE tonight have you decided?

Thing is, all mine has worked from the start ... my OD and Logos have been there since 1036 I think.
I didn't have to wait.
Hopefully someone else who did lose them and on-demand and try to see if they have an 87 over an 88, which then they clear to an 88 and everything works again. Would like a temp solution before in my case going to 1075 and losing them again along with on-demand.
 
I did a speed test, and im connected, it started with 88, and the little speedo looking graph, had the needle all the way pegged pat 4K, whatever that means, but my on demand or rewind from beginning doesnt work..

have you done a clear since the update? it's recommend to do a clear 2 and then a clear, then wait it out. Just trying to figure out a formula to get those things working again, 88 was first step to check.

Yeah, i dont understand why the logos keep leaving with these new updates..guess I’ll go back to 1037 if it comes back this week
Why go back ?
CE is BETA TESTING software ... why go back, you found something you didn't want ?
Thats what testing is all about.

agreed, they are same for the most part, the idea was to clear twice etc. It's just something to try, really I did all of this on 1073 and could't get the them back. The only thing I didn't check for the was the code 87, which if I had seen would have troubleshooted differently.

I had a 87 when I originally tested, but I had everything working ... so does the 87 and 88 have anything to do with this particular issue ?
