And along that same line, you need a LARGER dish!! A 6ft prime focus dish isn't going to do well on Cband feeds. 8ft is probably a minimum and even then there's going to be some Cband stuff you WON'T be able to lock. I'd look around your rural areas there in W Va for a good used 10 footer because that's about the only thing you're going to be happy with. ;) I know this because I had a 7.5ft SAMI a few years ago and there was a bunch of stuff it wouldn't lock.

Just saying........................

:welcome to SatelliteGuys sathunterwv !!

I would stay far away from that dish. It will rust out and fall apart in less than a year. Very flimsy made also, you will be fighting it, its whole short life....trying to keep it at the proper shape.
Not only that, as Lone Gunman said above this dish is not large enough for reliable C-Band reception in NA.

oh I know I already have a 10fter a friend just gave me this 6fter I was just hoping to put a motor on it to play with guess i'll have to try to fabricate something wonder if I do if a hh120 motor will move it

A HH120 angle calculations are for an offset dish. Too much work to make that work, IMO.

I had one I gave $70 for a few years ago, it really was the worse dish I have ever owned. BUT....seeing as you already have it, might as well play around with it. :)

It's a lot of fun to play with fabrication of satellite gear. I do a lot of it. I have ventured into mounting a dish like that on a small h-h motor.
USALS on CBand project FAILED
There have been others with varying success.
