Hello sometime ago I upgraded my 4100 - Digital Receiver to a 9241 - HD PVR Plus Receiver from Bell. I still have the 4100 and was wondering would it still work if I set it up?

That is a darn good question. I had a Dish 111 that originally did not but then later did support 8PSK modulation and might have had a longer life on Dish than it did. Alas, they stopped supporting or activating it and so I had to recycle that one.

That's a question for Bell. Only they can tell you with authority whether or not they will re-activate your inactive receiver.

As for the chances, they still list the 4100 in their support pages.
