that site is TOTAL BS, go to vgcharts.org, the PS3 a dive???I dont think so, enjoy reading your facts. Also, why do you say most sony products??? Here I thought Sony was a well selling brand.
 
Hey branch, so you read an article and decide it is the gospel, I could post 10 articles that go the other way. Nice investigating. You should have headlined the thread "I hope the PS3 is a dump so I can feel good about my decision to get a 360 or HDDVD player" Do you think we are all idiots here?
 
Toshiba will always be ahead because they make components for MS and Sony: Cell processors and drives. Even if they lose the HD-DVD battle, they'll bank on cell-processor based hardware (including next gen blu-ray players).
 
It's really hard to say right now who or what is going to be the defacto, if either. There is a new technology coming out called Holodisc that has up to a terabyte of data on a disc, so who knows.
