6416 and no PIP

several of us new to insight noticed PIP doesnt work is this a insight defeated feature?/

Not so much that; it's because Insight uses the I-Guide software, which doesn't support PIP.
Some other ops that use Moto DVR's use other types of guide software, which DOES support PIP.

And Insight uses I-Guide because I-Guide comes from TVGuide and puts ads on all of the available menus, therefore generating a few bucks more in revenue for both companies.
