Don't understand what you are talking about on the customer service. D* has several stateside customer centers including ones in Idaho and in Oklahoma. E*'s front line CSR's are in India.

That is the problem. Its possible your LNB for 99 is defective.

If you did get an unlocked I-phone, the only other service in the United States it would work on would be T-Mobile. Sprint and Verizon broadcast a different type of signal than AT&T uses. Now, out of the country most providers do use the same system as AT&T and T-Mobile.

As was stated before, the D* web site can't be counted on for HD locals information. The site still says I don't get my HD locals, yet I have been receiving them for almost two years.
