Just got off the phone with Dish tech and they are sending out a tech. They believe my Joey is bad.

Both Hopper and Joey are connected as the installer did it. Has not been moved. Was working for about 2 months and stopped working 3 weeks ago.

The Dish itself is clear, no obstructions. When check switch is completed I get an error that says "A problem has been detected with your Super Joey" and prompts me to re-run check switch.

I am having the same issue. New Hopper / Joey installed today and I went ahead and got the sling also. I click on full screen and it will goto that and after a couple minutes, it goes back to the internet window size.

Yeah, I just found that info. If I went this route, would it eliminate the $17 fee and the $6 fee? Or would there still be some type of fee?

I got HD Platinum and not Starz. I currently subscribe to Starz so i did the online chat and asked for Starz Free for 1 year and they gave that to me also. so I have both HD Plat and Starz both free for 1 year. Oh and I have America Top 250 that includes Encore with HD for Life.
