Yeah I know. I even read the T&Cs and read them off to the CSR at the time of order. It's just a pain in the ass to have to call them.

You know, ABC in Dallas is generally bad on SD. I have signal dropouts and pixellation many times, especially during football games and their big shows like Desperate Housewives. The picture/sound will completely blank for a few seconds. The dropouts have been happening for at least a month...

I'm in the Dallas area (McKinney). I'm like 49 miles from the towers. Currently only have an SD Dtivo and another regular receiver. With MPEG4 going live in Dallas, how will I get my locals in HD? Do those come over the dish or are they OTA and I'll need an antenna? I really don't want to...
