When you order a pay per view movie you have from 3 to 6 months to watch the movie. It doesn't matter if you charge the movie to your dish account or a pay per view free certificate. You just need to order the movies before the certificates expire.

The fine print is very clear on this one. The NFL Sunday ticket package for free is available to "new" subscribers only. It states that they will be billed the regular price next year. There is no indication that there is special pricing for any existing DirecTV customers.
