WyrTwister: No, it did not work. There was no way I could get the signal into the mouth of the LNB. If anyone has any luck doing that though, I'd be more than happy to give it another shot.

One corner of my dish is a little bent from being knocked over by the win a while back :/ How should I bend it back? It was recommended by another member that I place a towel over the area and then bend it back with plyers so as not to scratch the reflective coating. Would doing this be okay?

What's the difference between a C-Band LNBF and an LNB that uses an external Feedhorn? Are the offsets the same or different? Do they require a polar motor?

Does anyone know what the focal distance would be for a dish that has a diameter of six feet? I tried doing the calculations myself and it came out to something like four feet--which doesn't seem right. Anyone have any ideas?

Actually, I didn't take any measurements...I didn't know that mattered. I'm guessing the LNBf needs to be moved closer to the dish? The scalar ring that was originally on there is actually broken. There were also no salvagable parts from the original LNB. I checked hoping I could use...

I don't think I am doing something correctly. The SF-95 hit 100% and I couldn't shut it up no matter how much I turned the gain knob.
