My Hopper 3 resets at random times almost daily. Changing the timer value seems to change the time of day that the reset occurs, but it doesn't follow the setting. For instance, I had the timer set for 0100 hrs and the reset was happening between 0600 and 1000. So I change the timer to 0400, now...

The channel card on the Dish web site says it's HD. All I see is SD that is cropped and I can't get full screen. Any advice? Thanks, Eric

Clearly the best approach. Dish is going to do whatever they feel like doing. I was a "loyal subscriber" from 1996 until October of 2008. I left for Direct to get NESN HD 24x7. My contract with Direct is done and still no fulltime HD on Dish. 2 years for Dish to get in gear for fulltime HD RSNs...

Not worth the heartburn for me, If you want fulltime HD RSNs, go to the provider that carries them. In my case, I had to switch to Directv. Now every time Dish calls and asks me back, I can tell them why I am staying with Direct. It used to really tick me off when I'd sit down to watch NESN...

I'm switching back and forth between the 2 (in HD) on Direct. This is the main reason I left dish after over 10 years. I wish Dish would get its' butt in gear and fix this issue. I liked my 622. GL, Eric
