    I also have the Hopper 3 and a 4K joey and I have noticed that the 4K joey gets really hot. I think that it is a poor design. They should have vents on top of the 4K joey instead of the side.     I switched from Dish to Directv and like it a lot better. It did take a few days to get use to Direct when switching from dish. I have 4-HR24/100s and standard HD receiver. 5 receivers all together plus I have the Directv Deca.

    I noticed a new icon on the menu - Settings & Help It's called Misc. Options. Apparently you can run tests and a level2 test on the STB and report it and change the way the recording lists are displayed.

    I have tried several times to get my HR24-100 do force a software and no luck. As soon as I reset the receiver I see the Hello screen and I start hitting 0 2 4 6 8 and it does not go to the download. The hello screen comes and goes to quick. Is the 0x4a7 the latest software?
