I'm getting 21V at the dish w/ the receivers power. I have a straight run w/o diplexers or splitters. So that is why I wonder why it is required.

I don't have the H10, but a DTC210. Update must have effected both units. But I don't show a SW update. Last one was in October version 1.0.14
