    Normally, a click to the left or right will see signal gain more or less, if this not help in signal quality, try set the dish up or lower about a degree. and still not help, adjust the whole feed. However, don't know how big the hole on your mesh dish, if a pencil can pass through, its too big.

    If a second dish is needed for 95, depending the area, the LNBF may need to skew to its correct position before get the maximum signal. lots DTV or Dish tech didn't know anything about regular ku dish installation.

    There is few things you can check, the position of the LNB, focal point distance from the dish, or need a little adjustment on the dish. If all fail, then we think something else, but most the problem will come from the above.
