I just had a total picture and connection loss for the first time since ive been with Dish. I had to do reset of the switches twice to return picture to the Hopper.....and then again to restore my joey. Is the supermoon messing with our service?

Both my Hopper and Joey have began turning themselves off approx 10 minutes after turning them on. They dont turn off at the same time......just ten minutes after turning on the respective units. I called DISH and got the standard, "Unplug the Hopper for a 30 seconds and turn them back...
